Fair time!

Tonight I'm going to the fair with Scott and his parents. I can't wait to ride the Tilt-a-Whirl!

Also, Tim McGraw is playing tonight so we'll get to hear him too. He's one of my favorite country artists! Last time I saw him he took off his shirt for us ladies. Mmmmm, lol! This cowboy can come home to me anytime!

New Haircut!!

Scott says I cut too much off and he's gonna butch his hair now....but I don't think he will. (hopefully not!!)

Doctor Appt Update!

I'm sure you all have been biting your lips, waiting for what is wrong with my ankle, right? ha ha! Well I went to the doctor, they did x-rays right there. Nothing is broke and I'm so happy about that! But they said I tore a bunch of ligaments around my ankle which is making it hurt and swollen. So, I have to do these weird foot exercises for a month. I also have a bandage around my lower leg/foot/ankle and I have to wear that for a week to try to get things to heal right. I also have to ice it 2-3 times a day to get the swelling to go down. Other than that, I'm ok and this will be over before I know it! Yay!

Doctor & Hair

Well, the ankle hasn't gotten any better, more like worse. It's still swollen and hurts so I have an appt today. I hope it's nothing and that I'm freaking out over nothing, but we'll see.

I'm also getting my hair cut today! I'm sick of it being long and I just put it in a ponytail anyway. So yes, a haircut will be nice. The pic below is kinda what I want it to look like. I'll take pics after it's done and post em!

Fun Weekend!

We all had a riot tubing on Saturday! It was so HOT outside but the river was perfect. Afterwards we went to a cabin on a lake and swam some more and I ate so much food I thought I was gonna puke! Everyone was pretty lit and some girl passed out on the trampoline raft in the lake, it was hilarious! It was quite a tiring day so I went to bed at 7:30pm. crazy huh!
Yesterday was also another hot day so I opted for AC instead of water. I did laundry, grocery shopping and rented the movie "White Noise". That movie was really freaky! I know it's true too and I believe in that stuff but it still freaks me out!!
Tonight I am going for a nice bike ride with Susan on the trail. It's gonna be really hot but it's good exercise. I wish it was 5pm......

When the repairman arrived at Wanda's apartment the following day, he discovered the biggest, meanest looking bulldog he has ever seen. But, just as she had said, the dog just lay there on the carpet watching the repairman go about his work.

The parrot, however, drove him nuts the whole time with his incessant yelling, cursing and name calling. Finally the repairman couldn't contain himself any longer and yelled,

"Shut up, you stupid, ugly bird!" To which the parrot replied, "Get him, Spike!"

Tuesday....3pm!

Yay, it's finally 3pm! Well a bit after. Anyway, that means I get to go home soon, yay! I have probably done about 1 hour worth of work today. It's so slow, nothing to do and I'm getting bored with the internet. I did grab a Diet Coke to keep me awake until 5pm and it seems to be helping.

Since you are so concerned, my ankle seems to be doing somewhat better. I put ice on it last night for a while and I'm hoping it continues to get better cause I don't want to go to the doctor.

Well now I'm getting bored writing this and you're probably bored reading it, so I'll stop.

Canoeing Sucked!!

So me and Scott went canoeing on Saturday with some friends. We had alot of fun last time so I anticipated this being just as fun. Well we got into our canoe and it ended up being different than everyone else's canoe. It was VERY tippy. We both noticed this as we started. Anyway, to make a long long river trip short, we tipped around 10 times or more and we both got pretty banged up and bruised. Alot of people on this trip got bruised but we were the master canoe tippers. My left ankle is all swollen and I think I did something bad to it. If I'ts not better in a day or two I am going to the doc. I'm sure you're all laughing but it wasn't fun twoards the end....it got old. I was praying for the 2nd bridge so we could be done with it...and atlas, it finally came. Both Scott and I were laying in bed watching tv last night and we both couldn't move, it was funny. At least this weekend I'm going tubing down a river and it won't involve any tipping or thinking or anything, just relaxing and drinking beer. Oh how I can't wait for Saturday...and it's only Monday....sigh....

Someone get me a bucket of water....

Canoe Time!

Yay! It's Friday! Tomorrow Scott and I are going canoeing up North again with a group of friends. Instead of going the whole weekend, we're going just Sat to Sun. We plan on drinking lots of beer, canoeing, having a fun time and maybe some hiking. I can't wait to get away and just have some FUN. This week has been shitty and I'm ready to be done with it!!!

I'm Bored

Yep, it's 9:20 am and I'm bored. I got to work, did some work for about 10 minutes, now I have no work to do for the rest of the day. About the only thing I'll do that is considered "work" will be answer phones. Yay.

I'm back online!

Yay, Monday. I really hate Mondays. Anyway, I'm back to work and getting paid! I had a nice time off and went camping with family, cleaned and cleaned my apartment, drank some drinky drinks and went to the beach. All in all, it was relaxing and getting up at 6:30am this morning SUCKED!

Yep, now I just got done filing for unemployment. I guess I'm laid off. I'm supposed to go back to work on Monday. Hopefully I will! For all of you who email me, I won't be checking it for a few days. See ya next week...
