Happy 4th of July!

Happy early 4th of July! I'm leaving tomorrow to go up north camping with the family. I'm looking forward to relaxing in the sun and kayaking! See you all next week!

Tom Cruise is ANNOYING!

I am so sick of hearing about Tom Cruise and his stupid Scientology views. I use to like Tom Cruise and I thought he was HOT but now...now that I hear him speak his views on everything, he is no longer hot. I am annoyed by him and annoyed by looking at his face. Poor Katie Holmes. I have no respect for her either anymore. Two weirdos together at last.

Ok, I have a story. I think the waitress jinxed the Pistons. The trophy was by the end of the table by Scott and Partlow. The waitress went to dump the ashtry and she knocked over the trophy! All of us at once looked at her and everyones mouths dropped. She felt bad...but jinxed? I don't know??


The series is over, time to shave the playoff beard.

Yes, I read half this book today at work. I really enjoy this book and I can't wait to see it on the big screen after I'm finished.

I'm bored, so bored I am even more bored

My work has become extra slow this past week and a half. The plant has been shut down since Monday. None of us have anything to do, except the sales guys trying to sell walls. I actually swept the floor in the bathroom for something to do, how pathetic is that? I'll probably vacuum today too even though it really doesn't need it. Man this sucks, SUCKS!

Yay! The Pistons won and it's do or die! I am very excited about Thursdays game. You know how fun it's gonna be if they win? Oh I hope they win, esp to make Scott a happy boy 2 years in a row! I hate the Spurs fans at the games, they are SO annoying. I've never listened to a game that I get so annoyed by the fans. Beat it Spurs!

Diet Update

Dieting sucks! Well I haven't lost any weight but my friend was over and she said it looked like I had....so??? Anyway, I'm trying super hard now, seriously. I kinda slacked off the past 2 weeks cause I was so busy but now, no more, I'm serious. I watched the new music video of Jessica Simpson in her Daisy Duke bathing suit and I'm like dang, I want to look like that! I know I can though...without the blonde hair and ditzy brain, well without the blonde hair, lol.

So help motivated me! Don't let me eat shitty food, tell me to exercise, any motivation is greatly appreciated!

Also, I'm trying a new beer, Budweiser Select. It's supposed to have very few calories and crap in it, and taste like Budweiser! And NO, I won't give up beer, are you crazy!

I'm Excited!!

Tomorrow I am going to visit my sister in Aurora, IL. I'm really looking forward to this mini-vacation! I hope to get there by 7pm tomorrow night. We are going to Six Flags in Chicago and going to the waterpark to work on our tans and have a little fun! Saturday night she works so I'll take a nap or watch movies or play Shrek! Sunday is also supposed to be nice to we'll probably lay out at her pool at her apartment, which is quite nice I hear!

I'm super tired still from last weekend and I think this weekend will help with some catching up on sleep and rest. I just wish I was Friday today though so I could leave!!

Birthday Pictures

6-14-05: I had a great birthday! I had alot of fun at dinner with my parents. The food was incredible. I had lamb with a red wine sauce and it was delicious! (that's why the picture says baaa!) After dinner I went to Bob's bar with some friends, had a great time. I'm quite tired today, but it was all worth it!

Camping!

This weekend I'm going camping with my boyfriend and a bunch of our friends! It'll be a riot! Hopefully the weather will stay like it is, warm and dry.

I'm pretty tired though. I haven't got much sleep the past two days and I know I won't get much sleep the next two days. I can't wait to sleep most of Sunday away already! As you know, the Pistons lost, but there's still hope!

Busy Weekend....

Well the weekend was fantastic! The weather was also great, 80's and sunny! I was busy with a wedding & baby shower Fri/Sat. I did make it downtown for Festival and ate alot of food with Susan. Later that night we went to a friends and drank some vodka on the front porch, fun fun!

Sunday I got to see Star Wars III! It rocked!!


All in all, the weekend was a whole lotta fun and I'm kinda tired today. Oh well. This week I'm preparing for a camping trip. I have to find all my camping stuff and go get some good food. I'm so excited!!

NEW YORK (CNN/Money) - In pursuit of the ultimate snack food, Burger King will cross a chicken strip with a french fry.

The fast-food chain is tentatively planning the launch of a new spicy, fried white-meat chicken snack this summer, according to a USA Today report Friday.

"For me, they're like M&Ms," said Greg Brenneman, CEO of Burger King, according to the paper.


BK Chicken Fries, the test marketing name, will be sold in cup-holder-friendly boxes so commuters can dip and eat them on the go. The potato-less fries will cost approximately $1.79 for a box of six, the paper said.

Yay! I'm so happy! It's Friday! I have quite a busy weekend and looking forward to it. Tonight I have a wedding shower for a cousin of mine. It will be fun getting together with that side of the family. I really only see them once or twice a year! Tomorrow is a baby shower for my cousin Holly....but for another side of the family. I am also going to go to a sale tomorrow in Rockford and hope to buy a couple chairs, if I find the right ones. Also, this weekend is Festival downtown so I'll be spending my Saturday night with my dearest friend Susan! I don't have plans on Sunday which is great! I do plan on getting some sun if it's out and hanging shelves in my house. I finally got a drill from my Aunt, thanks! So as you can see, I will be busy and I'm loving it! Happy Friday to you!

Ya, I know it's a short week having Monday off for the holiday but I want my Friday at 5pm! Bring on the weekend!

Moody

I had to bring back the PMS photo. I posted this a while ago but I feel the need to bring it back.

I'm not as pissy as this tiger, just moody. One moment I'm on top of the world, happy, la da da and the next I feel like I could cry. At this time, I hate being a woman. It's not fun having mood swings like this when really, you're just fine.
